"Only come here if you want to wait 1.30hr and only need a medical cert or a refill on a prescription because that is as much care you will get. They only want to push through as many patients as they can like a KPI. I’ve had to unfortunately endure my pregnancy and mental health care here. Both such painful processes. From reception to the doctors it has been so disappointing to come, wait and experience visits at this medical centre. Tonight I went in and was told the dr I wanted to see didn’t work nights, then I see this said doctor take patients. Atleast another 4. I ask reception if they were able to help locate a letter, she couldn’t, she said she would speak to the doctor. After an hour and a half wait, I go up to reception and she said she FORGOT and couldn’t do anything about it. The only people she helped were the people that nagged her. So if you want any help at this facility just be mean and overbearing and they will help you over anyone patient and understanding. My pregnancy care was atrocious. It was so hard to get a read on results. I was told multiple times to see the same doctor. How can you when the wait is 2 hours, I work and by the time I finish they were done for the day. You couldn’t book appointments. Never once was my blood pressure taken nor my baby’s heart monitored. I was referred to a midwife late. And even when I asked earlier to get the referral I was told I couldn’t. So so so frustrating Radiology is terrible. I tried to book an appointment and was never called back. You wait on the phone for a fair while before getting any answers. I had to go private. Only a couple of doctors here care. Even then you can tell that they are pushed to their limits. Reception is so unorganised and it is such a pain to get anything out of them. I did go to this place for a while only because all my referrals came from here so I had no choice but to come back. I have been spoken to by many doctors here like I am the lowest person who can’t comprehend anything. Such a shame. My very first visit was ok. After that. Downhill from there. Don’t park in their carpark unless you’re guaranteed to get a spot. There is no where to U-turn. Accident waiting to happen"

Allow me to begin with the positive aspects. Dr. Jecelberth Canillo, your exceptional efforts truly warrant commendation. I extend my heartfelt gratitude for your adept handling of my persistent struggle with iron deficiency. Your meticulous administration of an iron infusion, coupled with your positive demeanor, empathetic approach, and genuine concern for the welfare of your patients, are indeed praiseworthy. Additionally, it is worth highlighting the clinic's nurses and pathologists, who consistently exhibit a warm and inviting disposition. Their patience and caring nature greatly enhance the overall experience. This 5 star is for Dr Canillo, nurse and pathologists. Turning to areas for improvement, there is room to enhance the waiting time experience. Regrettably, the administrative reception staff often appear flustered and hurried, leading to confusion. This issue is particularly noticeable when assisting elderly customers who may encounter difficulties navigating the app. Furthermore, a few of the doctors display rudeness and a hurried attitude, often failing to address concerns earnestly. It would be advisable for them to consider better emotional regulation and refrain from venting frustrations onto their patients."

"Came here for the first time yesterday with no appointment - wait was around an hour which I didn’t find to be too bad considering it was middle of the day, middle of winter. Receptionist was super nice. Doctor Maleik was super friendly, listened to me and got the issue sorted. Got an X-ray and that happened in the same center within 10 minutes of the referral. Came back this morning, it was very quiet and was seen within 10 minutes for my results. Awesome and easy!"

"Very poor telephone service for other professionals - the telephone message says that when calling from a specialist centre, pharmacy etc you need to hit STAR an operator will be with you shortly but all you get is the message advising that patient calls are answered between 9 - 5pm daily - what a joke so far 45 minutes on hold. I hope you treat your patients with more respect than you do your professional colleagues. Pathetic"

"Mixed Bag of Experiences at Our Medical Caroline Springs Navigating through my visit at Our Medical Caroline Springs was akin to a rollercoaster ride. On the bright side, I experienced stellar service from Amy at the front desk and Maria, the diligent nurse intern. Their professionalism, friendliness, and alacrity deserve nothing short of 5 stars! However, this joyride took an abrupt plunge when I met Dr. Mamdouh Melaik. Picture this: you're feeling unwell, you think it's an emergency, and you're met with a less-than-compassionate response. It felt like I was being reprimanded rather than being treated. His initial demeanor felt more like a hard knock of the gavel than a comforting pat on the back. His quick judgement, devoid of any inquiry into my medical history, was a bitter pill to swallow. It was only when I stood my ground that he took me to his office, albeit reluctantly. The redeeming moment came when Dr. Melaik, eventually tuning in to my concern, referred me to a nearby hospital for a necessary brain scan. I truly appreciate his recognition of his initial oversight and his subsequent apology. This very act has warranted him the solitary star in this review. Had he initially practiced his medical expertise with a spoonful of empathy, I wouldn't hesitate to hail Our Medical Caroline Springs with 5 bright stars. Regardless, I departed with a cocktail of feelings and an overall rating of 2 stars. I value and respect the medical profession immensely and hope my experience serves as a prompt to improve patient empathy and understanding. After all, every patient's voice needs to be heard and respected."
