Despite explaining my situation, the receptionist showed no sensitivity and continued to behave in an automated manner like a bot, not taking my concerns into account. People should avoid such poor and insenstive medical service centre."

They would not even think about even trying to accommodate even if someone is visibly miserable due to any issue.
