"Very unprofessional group of people running this business. Do not recommend. I purchased a Seema Gujral outfit for approx $2800 and accessories worth $300, still there was no cooperation from the owner and it honestly felt like a rip off all throughout. I was very polite and patient even though once the she cancelled the appointment when I travelled from the northern suburbs to visit the studio in Malvern on a week day, despite confirmation of the appointment via email. When I went in to see the outfit initially at the studio (had not purchased it then) I was told any minor alterations will be covered by Karegar. When I purchased the outfit and it arrived at the studio, I tried the blouse and told the owner that it is uncomfortable. She assured me that it is fine. The entire studio space is so claustrophobic in the first place with no air con, so I went home and tried the blouse again. Upon messaging the owner and asking for a minor alteration of the blouse, she plainly refused to cover the cost of the alteration which would barely be 15-20$. It is Karegar’s responsibility if the blouse requires minor alteration, even though there is no change in body sizing. Although this company sells designer brands, there is no customer service involved after paying such a huge price for the outfits (which can be ordered directly through designers these days) whatsoever and I wouldn’t bother next time or recommend them to anyone. Before dealing with these people, please be aware that there is no professionalism or customer service even though you are spending a huge amount of your money."
