"Unfortunately not the best experience shopping with Cachia for the first time. Received the wrong size pajamas which were a gift for my mums birthday. Rang Cachia to say I needed the correct pair urgently rather than following the normal returns process of waiting for the incorrect pair to return to their warehouse before sending the correct item. To be fair customer service was receptive to this and arranged the correct pair to be sent by express post. The problem is a week later they are still in their packing room unsent so there is no way they will reach my mum for her birthday. So disappointed. To make matters worse the returns process for the incorrect pair resulted in a failed courier pick up (but the courier never told me they were coming!). When I told Cachia I was having trouble with the courier pick up they suggested I take it to the post office and pay for the return (to be refunded) - I know it is petty of me but given they missing birthday gift I really don’t feel that generous with my time for this company at the moment! *to be clear I intend to return the incorrect pair - just don’t plan on rushing to the post office."
