"A few months ago I had a fall while holding my toddler. They hit their head and I was bleeding. The amazing reception and doctors got us in within 10 min to be checked over. This time down my child has woken with croup. Again, I didn’t like my chances with her being seen- but once again they put her in to get checked. I am so very grateful and the staff are amazing! Thank you so much for understanding and making sure children get seen by a doctor when it’s urgent."
"The Doctors and Staff are all friendly and Professional, the service is good. I have never had any problems."
"Dr Nish told me that ,at this stage of his life he was not working for nothing he told me he wanted 1000-plus dollars to write a report for centrelink I think I will find another doctor"
"Excessively long waiting at reception and while waiting to see the doctor. I've had issues with doctor's being rude and unprofessional at times, although I did once have a doctor who took his time and cared. My son has been in a few different times, again long wait times, but the doctor was extremely patient. Listened and appeared to genuinely care. Thank goodness that they have moved from such a tiny clinic down the road a little. But I don't have many positives to say about this clinic. Try somewhere else."
"In my opinion uncaring, no compassion for my 80 year old mother who does not deserve to be treated like this in anyway, at the end of her life. Where she is, now, the end product of negligent doctors giving the incorrect medicines and now Mum suffers and you all blame her. As a woman from a womans health clinic i would have expected , respect for my Mother as a person, compassion for her circumstances she finds herself in through no fault of her own, doing what her dr of 25 years told her, trusting your profession will tell her the correct medication and treatment to help her. Her visit today left her shaken and crying that a Dr would treat her like that is in my opinion inhumane, uncaring, too hard to treat a crippled lady, will not bother, refuse treatment My mother is where she is now because of medical negligence and she comes to you for help, and you humiliate her at a time when during the pandemic, the pain clinic yesterday cancelled. The way we treat our most vulnerable in society says more about the person than it does about my beautiful Mum. I genuinely hope that no one you love is ever treated like this. Completely unnecesary , bordering on"
