"I haven't been Melton Health dental since 2016 & now in August 2023 l was in extreme pain with abes & an infection on my gum & the tooth need to come out so they gave me app in few days then cancelled it for the next week but because of the pain l paid a private dentist in Melton & paid $340 for one tooth extraction & paid through PayPal in 4 payments. I made another app with Melton Health to get the tooth added to my dental plate of the tooth l had extracted privately & on the day of all at Melton Health l paid $30 & they just looked & told me to make another app as they needed to do an impression earlier in the morning & that day they cancelled the appointment once again.. l couldn't eat or chew properly with a tooth missing of upper top & so l paid a private denture dental clinic to add the tooth that day of my app was cancelled & l dropped my denture plate at denture clinic in Melton at 11am & picked it up at 5pm. Population has grown so much in Melton & Melton Health are having trouble coping with emergency people waiting. We are told by government that our teeth aren't part of our body & even though people are experiencing serve pain they don't care."

"Top quality nurses. Friendly, never in a bad mood and just made a hard time so much better. (same with the two ladies on the reception in oncology) Oncology doctor is great too. Lisa the pharmacist who only just left was amazing as well. No one wants to go through chemotherapy. But it definitely makes a difference when the staff are great."

"2 weeks ago I've been there for my daughter(27 months old) who has stucked tiny pieces of lego in her both nostrils. Been there around 7 PM. Case has been filed. There was an emergency and so everyone waited patiently. After 1.5 hours nurse called for my daughter and checked her heartbeats and pulse and told us to wait till doctor call. Around 9 PM again another nurse came and explained me that they don't have special instrument which they use to remove stucked items from nose( she was the same nurse who write down the case, so she was aware of the situation) And told us to go to Bacchus Marsh. So I told her that you know the situation of my daughter and after 2 hours of waiting telling me that there is no instrument??? I request her to tell the doctor to check her first. She been to the doctor and told me that yes, they have instrument and told me to wait. Again waiting and almost around 10:20 the doctor came and just told me that I have to go to Bacchus Marsh because of no special instrument . At that time I got little bit upset and asked that why there is mis management?? And doctor giving me so rudely answer by saying there is no other option, if you wants to go it's your choice??? I was getting frustrated because almost all other patients has been taken( even some who came at 9 been taken) and my daughter who is 2 yrs has been sent it to Bacchus Marsh at nearly 10:30??? For more than 3 hours doctor didn't even checked her, without checking and sending her to another centre at late night. I been there as an emergency because if it stucked deep inside she can't breathe. But doctor didn't even care to have a look at the patients situation. Worst thing happen to me. Will never recommend anyone to be there in case of emergency."
