With Master Class V Certificates and a nationally recognized training qualification Class IV, Rod brings a wealth of experience to our institution. He has operated a variety of charter vessels in Victoria and South Australia for many years, making him a highly skilled and knowledgeable instructor.

Obtaining a license to operate your boat or PWC has never been simpler with Australian Boating College - Frankston. Our Marine License training course takes only half a day or evening (approximately 3.5 - 4 hours) to complete. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate that can be presented to Vic Roads within 12 months. After paying the Vic Roads fee and satisfying the eligibility checks, Vic Roads will issue your license without any further testing.
