As the centre Director, my name is Kylie Kitt and I have a diploma in Children's Services. With 19 years of experience in the early years sector, I have had the pleasure of working with children of all age groups and have been involved in all aspects of child development. Being a mother myself, I understand the needs of families and the challenges of managing work-life balance while wanting the best for your child's growth and development.

One of our core values at Goodstart is the importance of family input and connection. We believe that a strong learning environment is built through collaboration with families. I take the time to get to know each family and their individual needs, as we work and grow together. We see ourselves as an extension of your family and strive to create a sense of community within our institution.

We also offer a range of services to support families, including our Subsidy Estimator tool, which can help you determine how much Child Care Subsidy you may be eligible for. Additionally, we have a vacancy search feature to help you find the right care for your child. Goodstart at Home is another initiative we offer, providing resources and activities to enrich your child's learning at home.
