"Staff in ED were fabulous last night. Very warm, helpful and friendly. Quickly tended to the arising needs. Thanks!"
"Really dissatisfied with the friendly demeanor when with a several hour wait ahead of me, if I leave the waiting room I'll be taken of the waiting list. So my partner is stuck in Rye 5 minutes away with heavy gear, that she must now take by herself over sand to uber it here. Thanks a lot guys! Not like I was prioritised ahead of that several hour wait so why not?! Otherwise seemingly nice. May need to try again later or head back to Melbourne... yes with an ed injury!"
"I fractured a bone in my foot when I was on holidays in the weekend. Rosebud Accident and Emergency was the closest Accident and Emergency centre near where we were staying. I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received. The doctor was really impressive diagnosing the injury and providing excellent management advice. Every staff member was considerate and patient, not easy with a waiting room full of people which is unavoidable with random presentations."
"I took my son 6 years old who had an accident and split his head. I got there before 6:30pm, around 7:30pm.I went to ask the nurse whether should I take my boy home because the bleeding stopped and wait until the next morning and was suggested to stay, and get the stitch done. When we were waiting I saw the patients arrived and left. I thought It was okay we were still on the queue. We wait and wait and wait until 12am we were left almost the last patients that upset me the most, then decided to leave at 1am. My 6 years old son fell sleep, no treatment.:("
"Id give no stars if i could, went in at 1am severely backed up, asked for laxative, sat for 3 hours, got a cannula they took blood and said they would give me some pain meds, an hour later i told them to take the needle out i can cry and be in pain at home i dont need to do it here. Went back at 1pm after exhausting all other options for relief, asked for the same thing, waited hours to get in, was treated like some drug seeking junky even tho i just wanted laxatives to make the pain go away eventually i was given laxatives after they made my arm look like a junky, blew out 3 veins before finally getting a cannula in. Left against medical advice because i was in actual tears. I get they are understaffed and under appreciated but a collective 12 hours to get wat i originally asked for is a bit absurd. I will not be goin back for any emergency for myself ."
