"Thank you for the superb care from the staff at Melton Health urgent care. My very unwell young adult daughter presented quite unwell. She was treated efficiently, everything was explained, she was made to feel as comfortable as possible and the staff were attentive and caring."
"I am very concerned about Management and staff feedback system. Email will not do the job. They need to be educated. Very racist- bigoted- prejudiced- uneducated Mangment and staff ( not all) the phone operator are very rude. The receptions are so prejudiced - impolite to all. Some of medical staff - the same includes Doctors and Nurses. The level of IQ is very low. Not sure if they are being audited like Baccus marsh hospital. Stay away from western health in Melton. You will not survive an emergency in Melton"
