"I was able to get a bulk billed appointment “next day”, which was incredibly helpful as other places were $210 and a 3 week wait. All staff encountered on the phone, at reception and for my procedure have been very professional."

"Don’t recommend especially if you’ve experienced loss and want a scan for reassurance. Sonographer was unprofessional. Images were blurry and not clear. Didn’t talk at all instead complained that it’s the end of the day for her. Didn’t hear a heartbeat or was even told a heartrate. Was just told that “ baby is moving so theres definitely a heartbeat”. Another man who I’m assuming Was a student was already in the room, as the scan begun the sonographer mentioned he’ll watch. No point asking then I was already on the bed. I had to ask for a photo at the end which she agreed to but hesitated. The whole time she was just sighing loudly as if I was a massive inconvenience. As a healthcare provider myself, im appalled at the quality of care. As a mother, im just disappointed."

"Had a ultrasound done and when the receptionist read my form one said what my ultrasound was for and then they laughed, not sure if it was over my thing but unprofessional. like the others it was awkward. if you're getting an invasive ultrasound, are least talk or something not making the patient sit in silence staring at the roof. Also found it weird that the person just stood in the room with their back towards me while i got undressed. I would think they'd leave the room?"

"I got a 12-13 week scan done at this place and honestly it was not a good experience at all. He had 2 trainees in the room and they were already there before I even got a chance to say yes or no to them being in the room. He also didn’t even talk the whole time so it was awkward and silent and he was pushing so hard on my stomach it was giving me back pain. I wanted a nice clear photo of my baby to show my family but all of them are fuzzy and bad quality and they took a long time to send them through after calling them multiple times. The receptionist Heather was helpful in getting the pics sent to me although I do not recommend going to the YPS in Pakenham. Did not have a great or professional experience at all. Waste of $150. My friends have had much clearer pictures of their babies at other places."
