"Can I rate a zero? I had been attending this clinic for nearly 30 years, and have refused to go there for the last 12 months until only recently when it became absolutely necessary. Last year I visited Dr Basil, after telling him my symptoms he threw himself across the room as though I was plagued, yelled at me and told me I could have covid, i repeated to him my symptoms were not even covid related or similar to covid symptoms and had done a RAT test, also had seen him 2 days previous with similar effects, had history of heart troubles resulting in passing out in the 12 months before the appointment. Dr Basil continued to yell at me in front of the waiting room attendees and receptionists and demand I leave instantly. Never have I had a doctor treat me to pooly. That night I ended up quite ill and had to go to hospital as has passed out again, covid test still negative. Poor duty of care, will never see him again. Randlg the reception to report my treatment, but they didn't seem to care at the time. Only recently had my trust in doctors restored after my treatment here."

"ALWAYS CHECK CLOSING TIME! Had an appointment at 4:45pm and kindly asked if my mum could collect my script as I was quite ill. Upon arrival at 5:45pm my mum found the clinic all locked up and lights out. I called the clinic and was put through to the out of hours line whom also weren’t aware that the clinic was closed and weren’t able to assist me. I have now had to make the trip into the clinic the next morning to pick up my script. When speaking with the practice manager I was continually referred to as ‘darling’ and was informed that the clinic can close at anytime once appointments have finished for the day. The receptionist also made a comment to the person she was speaking to in a disrespectful manner. Three generations of my family have attended this clinic, I have referred multiple loved ones and friends and I can say that I have never had an issue with picking up script after 5:30pm. Loyalty, customer service and professionalism has reduced significantly!"

"Pointless pathology section. Seemed as though the pathologist just wanted to go home early rather then take a blood sample at 3:45pm. Even the referenced clinic she advised wasn't able to perform the procedure."

"I love the nurses, they are so sweet with my son for his needles. I’m yet to have a doctor there that I don’t like and my appointments never run too far past my booked time."
