"If I could give them less than 1 star I will do it. I purchased a pair of shoes on 25th of August and it took two weeks to arrived but I didn’t bother because I thought, well they have a huge demand due to lockdown. Then I tried the shoes and the size was small for me and I decided to make an exchange for a big size. Well the nightmare started from here, the shoes arrived to the warehouse a month later and they took another month to send them back and to not be worst they missed by unit number in the address so the Courier decided to return it to the sender even without notifying me (I'll be happy to pick them up from the post office or wherever ) . I mean the worst purchases online EVER. And I don't finish here, the WORST part ever, They said I was gonna receive the money in the next three days business and it's one week now. I mean I can’t believe that. I didn't get my shoes and I still do not have my money back. I mean guys seriously? You need to update your businesses or change your staff. Good luck."
"Employee name Melissa had no interest and intention to serve customers. We were so close to purchasing a $150 paid of shoes and she did not even come once to give us a hand with size. When asked for some help with the laces, she just stood and have directions, didn't even bother to bring the other pair for us to try. Such bad service. If you hate your job, then STOP working lady!"
"Went in to buy shoes today with my sister. Was rudely told to try shoes on at the front of the store in a tone that implied she thought we were going to steal. Was not welcoming at all and did not even smile when she said hello. Just launched in with that approach. Safe to say we left pretty quickly. I understand people do shoplift but its not nice to treat everyone who walks in the door like thats their intention."
"Not even worth 1 star to be brutally honest. Windsor Smith home-brand shoes are the worst quality shoes I have ever owned. The customer service is absolutely terrible, driven by no accountability at HQ for dodgy shoes. Save your money and please go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!"
