"Firstly after making the booking online I tried to call them few times to get some more information but phone rings and goes to a voice mail for 5 days in a row.I decided to go ahead with my booking(was a big mistake) The person did the test was very nice and very professional. It took them close to a week to send the results after multiple phone calls.Some of the contents are blury can't even read and mobile link they said to me never received (said some issue's with IT) .So definitely avoid this place . They do not explain the test results need to go to someonelse who knows how to read dexa scan to get it explain.(other places if you pay little extra they will do a full explanation) .So it's not worth at all"
"Absolutely disgusting service. I showed up to my booked and confirmed appointment and no one was there. I ended up having to leave without being scanned. No one answered the phone and when I was finally able to get in touch with someone they just passed the blame to the IT department. I left my breastfeeding baby at home while waiting for someone who never showed up and now my husband will need to take another afternoon off of work to accomodate me to go for another scan. I will also now need to wait to be fit in somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs."
