"I had a horrible experience here, I came in for a simple scan which went for over 50 mins, i was called in by 2 ultrasound techs who I thought were professional but it turned out that they were training and the supervisor only showed up after 40 mins. I’m an anxious person and having 3 people looking at my stomach made me very uncomfortable nor did I give consent for them to use me as a training opportunity. On top of all that they told me my results would only be available next year."

"Had an appointment booked in for a 4D ultrasound (out of pocket cost). Arrived early. Ended up waiting 40 minutes with one ultrasound tech refusing to do our ultrasound saying “I don’t want to do the long one” pushing our file back in the line allowing 3 patients in front of us who arrived after us. Completely unprofessional on the ultrasound techs behalf. We were excited about getting this scan but we walked out due to constantly being pushed to the back of the queue."

"This place is so unprofessional. Had an ultrasound done for a lump in my thigh. The sonographer had the big TV connected to the scan machine the whole time and it made me anxious whenever I saw something suspicious as she was moving the transducer along my thigh. I asked her whether she located the suspect lump and she told me she does not know what she is looking at. Three days later I made an appointment with my refering doctor to get the results and once I got to the clinic I was told the results are still pending. 3 days of anxiousness. I have never been to a place that takes 3+ days to send ultrasound results through. Radiologies like marina and imed are booked out for weeks. GIG gave me an appointment within a day of calling and that tells me this place is not as busy as other radiologies. Really slow service."

"After all comments below i had a doubt of going in, however, i came bit earlier then appointed, had to wait maybe 10 to 15min since there were few people befor me , got x ray and ultrasound done within 15min. I was informed about the cost of services over the phone since i own student health insurance, and they have accepted phone picture of my referral ( document left at home ). Two ladies at the reception are really polite and pleasant. Two gents who did x ray and us were professional and patient since i am curious and always have a lot of questions (especially with ultra sound). I would definitely recommend the clinic"
