"Have been looking at this company on-line, but decided to go to the store today and check out the range they had. I am so glad I did. Was served by Sophie who couldn't have been more helpful. She had great suggestions without being pushy and even searched my size at other stores. I ended up purchasing two pairs of boots and will definitely be back. Thankyou for an enjoyable cutomer service experience."

"Came for a job interview. Manager (Rebecca) did not seem so delighted to see me. Rebecca didn't even introduce herself. The store manager told me to sit on a safety step where the interview would be conducted quiet bluntly. i attended the job interview knowing it was a couple shifts per fortnight however expressed if I could possibly increase hours. Immediately Rebecca said "you should of called me and told me, there is no point going on with the interview" in a discussing manner. She pretty much dismissed me within 30 seconds. She said "I'm not going to give you what you want" I replied "that's okay, i just thought I would take this opportunity and maybe you have changed the position you are offering as I have you my resume 3 months ago" She answered "no and I will not" What a blunt and rude manager in the store. I am delighted that I left the interview. And I would not recommend the shop in particularly due to the manager. Poor effort and disgusting manners on the managers behalf. Such a bad asset to the Eastland store."
