"Got to the front of the checkout line for shoes that we’d just tried on, got told they couldn’t find the left shoe of the pair and they’re looking. We waited for about 25 minutes, being occasionally glanced at, I totally understand that it was a busy day but the shoes weren’t even found in the end. We went to JD afterwards which was even busier but they still had everything under control and we were able to try on and purchase from there."
