"We visited Eastland Williams store to purchase school shoes and had exceptional service from Themeda. Miss 10 is a tricky customer when it comes to shoes, but Themeda was able to show a number of pairs and navigate her specific requirements for school shoes. It was a very easy process and both Themeda and another staff member took the time to check the amount (multiple attempts) left on a gift card. Thank you for going over and above ladies."
"We passed the Williams while I shop around for kids shoes and they had fantastic offer buy 1 get another half price. We met Natalie and she was great with customer service and she chcked the size by measuring my boys foot and suggested best possible sized shoe and its best value. I thought of Clark's brand initially but we shifted to Colorado then Linx. We shopped around many stores (3-4 stores) then my first son told me to get Linx Velcro leather shoes and we were back and welcomed by Nat and she remembered all the details of shoes and offered to try another time to ensure and she also checked other option (minecraft clarks) and we purchased the linx shoes. It's leather shoes and I have sprayed waterproof as Nat suggested, it comes with 6 months warranty and of course 30 days return as indicated on the website. We used to purchased very low priced shoes every couple of months and hope linx will last much longer. It look durable and steady so I hope kids will wear forawhile. Thank you Nat. "We came to this store to buy school shoes for myself, the young lady serving us was lovely and had fantastic customer skills. However, one of the other staff members, a middle aged woman began fighting with a customer due to an issue with the returns policy. The customer was relatively calm and untroubled, simply wanting a return for the shoes he had bought, but the server continued to yell at and accuse this man of things beyond his control. We ended up not purchasing our shoes and leaving the store due to the unacceptable behaviour from this staff member. We will not be going back."
