"Shocking. I bought some dress shoes here for my office job and within 2 months one of the shoes had developed a hole right through the sole. Obviously dissatisfied with such a defect so early on with these shoes I took them back only to be told this was "normal wear and tear" and it was a result of "how I wore the shoes". This is terrible customer service. I had owned many shoes over the years and can say I have never had any last as little as 2 months. If they think this is normal they they really need to re-evaluate the quality of their products. I definitely wouldn't shop here again. Avoid."
