Under the current provisions, you can access up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year by obtaining a Mental Health Care Plan through your GP. We offer both face-to-face and TeleHealth services for adolescents and adults experiencing mental health issues. Our evidence-based treatments include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

For individuals eligible under a WorkCover claim, we provide a range of evidence-based treatment methods to ensure a smooth transition back into the work environment. We adopt a collaborative approach, working closely with all relevant parties to ensure the best treatment outcomes for you.
