"I am never buying from this store again and neither should you. Their customer service is appalling. They respond to emails in an unprofessional manner and don't answer your questions. The return policy is outrageous (10 days from the date of purchase) and not only do you not receive a full refund, you have to pay for return shipping and you only get store credit if you bought anything on sale. I ended up paying 20$ for shipping and return of a 158$ pair of shoes. In terms of quality, the shoes were average at best, poorly made and sizing was off. There was no mention of the item running big on their website, yet I still can't get money back. If you want quality brands and service, Dolci Firme is not the place. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere."

"Have sadly experienced what other reviewers have ..and reported on both here and on socials. $400 shoes chipping and coming apart after first wear. And then nastiness when i called to advise. Next point will be uploading photos both here and on fb but would love to be challenged and not receive a refund because I'm a lawyer and was amused by the response i received on call. In the meantime i have spread the word as word of mouth is powerful. Need to be reported!!! Dont make the mistake of buying from here or reading the fake positive reviews."

"Was so excited to have finally found the shoe I was after for a wedding but alas us the black people weren’t welcomed. It’s 2022 goodness me!!! Sadly the 2 ladies who were there on Saturday 02.04.22 in the morning acted like they didn't want our money and business there at all! News flash , black people have money too!!! They were happy to make conversation with other Caucasians in the shop, including the ones who came in after us but really gave us the cold non existent customer service and attitude. Just a note, so hopefully they can act a little kinder for those who find it hard enough to get out of the house, for the constantly marginalised and segregated people. Be kind, money is money, black people have it too and we buy luxury items too. We are people too!! It really dampened my day for a minute but I refused to let their energy be mine. Be kind, also just do your job, we all do."

"Do not waste your time and money on Dolci Firme. The shoes are faulty, the customer service is atrocious and they do not issue refunds even when there is a major fault with their products. Within six months of buying a pair of stilettos, one of the heels snapped in half. Check out their facebook page, this has happened to many other customers as well. I am taking them to VCAT to settle this because they refused to give me a refund."
