Welcome to Mind in Focus, a private psychology practice located in the vibrant suburb of Campsie in Australia. Situated on Beamish Street, our practice is conveniently housed within the existing premises of Neurosensory.

At Mind in Focus, we understand the importance of accessibility, which is why we provide convenient street parking for our clients. For those using public transport, the closest train station, Campsie, is just a short 10-minute walk away. We also offer Saturday and after-hours appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Additionally, we provide both face-to-face sessions and Telehealth services for your convenience.

As a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist, I specialize in working with children and their families. With a demonstrated history of working in private and community mental health settings, I am committed to supporting individuals in achieving their mental health goals. These goals may include emotion regulation, anxiety management, behavior modification, tic reduction, trauma recovery, and more. I have a special interest in working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, and Selective Mutism, and I am deeply committed to fostering an affirming and empowering environment for neurodivergent individuals.

Drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotion coaching principles, and trauma-informed care, I tailor my treatment plans to meet the unique needs, goals, and interests of each individual I work with. I have also received additional training in Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

At Mind in Focus, we believe in the importance of collaboration and client-centered care. While I predominantly work from a Cognitive Behavioral framework, I am open to eclectically incorporating other modalities that best suit the needs of my clients. I am dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment that is guided by the goals and aspirations of the individuals I work with.
