"Thank you Cindy from the printing counter for her excellent and friendly service today. All whist being abused by an impatient customer trying to skip ahead of the line. She handled the whole situation so well, and went above and beyond to complete my printing tasks for me!"

"Visited the store today to get a print. I sent an email to print me, but the staff forced me to use a self serve machine where I needed to plug my phone to the machine with a cable, scroll through my albums and select the photo to print.. I wasn’t comfortable doing that as I didn’t want to open my photo album in a public place, however, the staff refused to print it at the counter. I had to leave the store without printing. It would be understandable if the store was super busy but it wasn’t. I was the only customer at the counter. It’s a bad idea that you must get your photos on an usb if you don’t want to open your photo album in public. Looks like sending emails for print won’t work moving forward."

"I am almost completely blind and use my cane so others are aware. I had a click and collect order to pickup so I went and stood where I had which is very close to the main counter. I was not acknowledged for at least fifteen minutes as I stood there with less than 3% sight. Then out of frustration I got in touch with the front/main counter staff member who saw me standing there with my cane this entire time and he then asked me to coke to him to collect my order. What a disgrace to leave a blind person standing there who is doing the right thing not one staff member had the decency to approach me even though they were just walking around. What a disgrace! Learn to treat people with disabilities with respect."

"Used to go here regularly, staff at photo service counter becoming rude last couple of times. Staff member Talyssa quite rude & attitude in serving was non-existent. Started serving me, then went to the next person, without finishing with me. Asked for laminating (which i got 2days earlier, nice and quick by that staff member). Now they need 24hr 'notice' and you need to come back. Why was there no notice on entrance that procedures had suddenly changed ? As i was already there, i asked and was told NO, so i asked for a Manager to come. Her attitude was really horrible. After speaking to her Manager, they did end up doing it, but obviously staff standards at this Box Hill store have changed. I will not be going back. I wanted to buy a new printer, but will now go to Harvey Norman. This is the 2nd time something has happened. Last time i needed help with photos, as self help photo scanner didnt scan properly. The staff then were 'too busy' to assist & i left. Harvey Norman always have friendly staff at photo dept. Officeworks has lost me as a customer."

"I went in to quickly grab an item and saw that the service counter was not attended by any of the employees, so I lined up with everyone else at the printing counter. It was about a 10 minute wait. As I approached the front of the line, the employee gave me attitude saying that I should’ve gone to the other counter. In response, I told her no one was there. She then gave me attitude again and said “there would’ve been if you went”. I brushed this off because I just wanted to get out, so I didn’t take my receipt. At the exit the employee stopped me at the door and asked if I had paid for the item, which is fair. I told him I didn’t take the receipt, but I can show him my payment details on my phone. In response, he refused to see it, then snatched the item out of my hand as I was finding the statement on my phone. He then proceeded to ask the counter through the Comms while waving the item around. I stood there, waiting for him to give me my item back for almost 5 minutes. What should’ve been a quick five minute shop turned into a 15 minute shop because of the way the employees treated me"
