"I was at the fragrance counter waiting for assistance. Whilst trying to look at an item the two sales staff were chatting away to eachother ignoring me and then moved to the side out of my way continuing to ignore me and continued chatting. As I was about to leave a lovely lady approached me to offer assistance. She was so wonderful and went above and beyond to find the perfect fragrance I was purchasing as a gift.
