"My daughter and I had taken my two grand children to get new shoes, my eldest grand daughter has sensory issues and we were a little nervy how this would go, the children were perfect more then I can say for the staff, the young girl that was a staff member didn’t make any eye contact and I had to ask to be served as the children sat up high on the seat, and then she begrudgingly helped, the process was painful for us, the older staff member was just as happy as the younger one, it was like they just couldn’t be bothered with us, and to top It off I spent over $200 in the shop , so you would have thought that they would be more helpful"
