"PARENTS ORDERING FOR THEIR CHILDREN pls read!!!This is the third year now I’ve had issues with this company and I always give them chances but no more,the customer service is poor and they claim they haven’t received orders but I have proof with their own emails confirming proof,and payments,it’s absolutely not good enough,beware they don’t reply to emails,if your ordering for multiple children make sure to do seperate orders as they pack everything mixed up in the same box.I won’t be using them agian,they didn’t resolve my issue over the phone claiming they haven’t received emails when infact I’ve sent emails from different addresses including a work email.Get your systems fixed,I tried to do the right thing by placing an early order and now the third time an issue with your systems,not good enough.Obviously there’s a flaw in your systems and you need to resolve this but instead when I call and explain the situation that I’ve received separate confirmation of both my separate orders with the same order number it didn’t make sence to any of your staff over the phone.I was told to send proof of transactions which I’ve sent bank statements and also PayPal proof and guess what NO Response!! I decided to call when I finished work and the lady I spoke to was giving me information from an order I made last year!!!! Maybe train your staff how to resolve these issues instead of making the customer feel like it’s their fault.This should’ve been dealt with in a more professional way,now I don’t have any answers still and I’m sitting here regretting I placed these orders in the first place.I will be notifying the school of this and writing notes to management of the school to find a new supplier because after speaking to afew parents I’m not the only one to have issues with the money / order side of things.Beware if you have issues no one replies to emails and if you call the different staff I’ve spoken to brush me away and make up some excuse that they don’t have access to particular email addresses or they need to pass it to another department.Instead of cancelling order maybe your manager should be sending an an appropriate email saying sorry for the flaws and system error and fix my childrens orders without any stress or phone calls.I’ve sent all the proof of payments and also confirmation emails sent by your company for both orders."
