"Designer failed to do the most basic thing a designer should do: ask about the user's concern on the current kitchen. Too focused on 'what materials and colors' instead of practicality. Maybe his style works for some client who don't know what they need in the kitchen and just want to make the kitchen looks nice, but not for us."
