In my 15 plus years of experience of training staff this is called initiative and enthusiasm, it a great quality in a potential employee. I also like to get the "vibe" of the workplace, as job advertisement are also marketing documents. Alex the receptionist is fantastic, ardently friendly, a great first impression. The 2 stars allocated are for her and her alone.Who I was transferred to (Paul I believe) was arrogant, impatient with no listening skills, he literally hung up on me mid call. Not sure how they treat customers, in my personal opinion, I'd give the employment opportunity a miss, as the treat potential employees horribly."
