"Our kitchen and laundry renovations were extensive and costly. We chose Rosemount Kitchens on a recommendation of a friend…and we’re so glad we did. From initial discussion and design through to completion the professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. We can say this from experience as overlapping with the start of the kitchen another firm was wrapping up a bathroom remake, and that bathroom firm left much to be desired. Chalk and cheese. Mat the supervisor is worth a special mention (although all the trades people and contractors were great). He arrived at 7:30 every morning for the first couple of weeks to check rapid progress was being made. Towards the end he noticed a couple of mistakes made by the stonemasons and cabinetry firm. The mistakes weren’t too bad and we would have been prepared to live with them but, no, it’s not good enough for Rosemount. The affected cabinetry was remade and re-fitted. Mat came on the last day for a final inspection and arranged for a couple of very minor issues to be fixed, which they were, with a couple of days. Oh, and I should also give a shout-out to Rob, who installed the cabinets. This was hard work but he did it without assistance—a skill acquired with years of experience. I still don’t know how he managed the heavy overhead cabinets."

"We recently had a new kitchen installed by Rosemount Kitchens and we absolutely love it. From the initial design meetings with Josh where he walked through all of the different options and presented multiple approaches to make things work within our budget, to the install process that was smoothly managed by Milton, the whole experience was a positive one. The various tradespeople did an excellent job on the install and even when we had a few issues due to a wonky wall (not their fault), the answer was "don't worry, we'll take care of it" and they did - two cabinets were trimmed to fit on site, doors were taken away to be re-made, and a plasterer worked some levelling magic so that the stone splashback could be installed without having to cut it in multiple places. Quality products and workmanship (you get what you pay for) along with fantastic service and communication. Highly recommended."

"Just finished a kitchen and laundry remodel with the Nunawading Rosemount team. From the very beginning, communication was great through Beryl and Chantel. Chantel understood our vision for the project with great ideas and refinements to maximise our spaces. She had a "can do" attitude which was a representation of the whole Rosemount experience. Mat, our project manager, was an amazing troubleshooter and made sure the final result was top notch. You could tell that everyone in the team took pride in their work and were invested in the project."

"We are very happy with the workmanship and the design the kitchen, laundry and family room. We had some difficulty sorting out what we wanted and Rosemount gave us the time to do so. Now after a year of living with it, we can say the result was certainly worth the effort. Everything is where we need it and it looks the way we hoped it would. The continuity between the complete kitchen and the fireplace and storage units in the family room of which it is part, is perfect. It flows visually and it works efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with the way Rosemount went about working in with the other trades, some of which were their sub-contractors and some that were ours. The overall finish is better than we often feel about a project we take on, which says as much about Rosemount's attention to detail as it does about our fussiness. We couldn’t recommend Rosemount any higher. Their designer, the cabinet makers and the management we were in constant discussion with were all superlative and it was a pleasure working with such a dedicated team. Congratulations on the result."
