"Rude young man behind desk, rocked up with my daughter close to closing. Asked politely if he may have time to pierce her ears, 95% sure he wouldn’t- being near closing, but daughter was persistent that I at least ask. He Quickly snapped ‘no’ at us, then we received the spiel regarding how long the paper work would take him. Ok mate, no problem. Do you know what could have been done instead that would have taken you just as much time, and gained a client? (Or a few clients due to word of mouth) Kindly advise your closing time, then take a quick peek at the appointment schedule for throughout the week, then advise us of a more appropriate time for you!! Seems easy, doesn’t it? I’m in the hair and beauty industry. Everyone and anyone that walks through my doors is greeted with a smile and a solution if I’m unable to squeeze them in, even if I’m stressed and exhausted from the day…….. looks like you’re in need of some customer service training!"

"Almost 3 months ago I decided to get a rook piercing from Piercing Pavilion and Sammie, my piercer was amazing every step of the way! It was a last minute decision as I was with a friend and so Sammie found time within her day to book me in pretty fast as she had a pretty packed schedule. At first I wasn’t sure if I had the correct anatomy for a rook piercing but Sammie assured me that she could definitely work around what I had and let me know what else would be possible piercing wise specific to my anatomy. She went through the correct forms with me and ensured I didn’t have any health conditions that would impact the piercing process, ensured I had rated prior to getting pierced and was so lovely the entire time. She let me have a look at what was offered jewellery-wise as there was quite a bit to choose from. We went through the pricing and then we were good to go. My friend didn’t like the sight of needles so Sammie made sure she waited outside the piercing studio as to not have her faint or distract the process which was very assuring! I had a seat while she marked my ear up and made sure I was happy with the placement, she then let me lay down on my side so she could line everything up. The whole process was quick and because it’s a tricky spot it did hurt a bit but I couldn’t be any more pleased with Sammie as a piercer as she is very skilled at her job and very professional. She went through correct piercing aftercare and wrote all the details of my jewellery and instructions on paper so if remember. The studio was super clean and organised and I would highly recommend Sammie to anyone wanting to get a piercing. The first photo was taken minutes after being pierced and the other is almost 3 months later settled down and no longer sore or tender."
