"Very disappointed I called yesterday to make an appointment I was told by this lady that answered the phone that I don’t need an appointment I can just walking for body wax on the website. It says they open at 9 AM when I got there at 9 AM the shop was still closed for another half an hour, when I entered and ask for a body wax, I was told you need an appointment and they don’t do it on a Saturday not reliable very disappointing services"

"The worst service!! The lady got rid of my whole front first brow. When I asked her to just do a clean up. I asked her why did she do this? She said my skin was oily that’s why. How does that even make sense? Never ever coming here again. She got rid of my whole front eye brow. Worst worst service I’ve ever experienced, she didn’t even apologise."
"me and my sister went in there last week they were not busy there was two girls in line one went out the back while the other was on the chair waiting and the girl out the back was with the worker, around 5 minutes later she stormed out and said t o her friend "call me when your finished. there was only one girl there that I could see working. my sister and i waited for 45 minutes before we got started and I had told the lady not to wax the top of our eye brows as we break out and she was like "completely understandable" and so we went on and she was doing my eyebrows and before I even noticed she had done the top of my eye brows, I then got up and told her "please don't do on top of her eye brows" and she was like okay. then I went out the back to get my armpits waxed and waited for the lady to do my sisters eyebrows she come into the back and she put the wax on my armpit and I told her "that's hot" and she said "its fine" I was in pain more then I usually am. on my right arm she put baby powder on it and not my left armpit and she also waxed my left arm 3 times. when I went out to see if my sister was okay the lady did not listen to me nor my sister and she waxed on top of her brows. we were not %100 happy with this service here. a lady that works in the mall when i told her what happened she said she has heard good and bad things about this place and the bad ones seem to be winning."
