"We engaged Tom and his lovely wife Suzi in early 2023 when considering a bathroom renovation. We had considered other builders but returned to Tom after considering other options.  We were also considering a kitchen renovation however the bathroom was our priority and we always believed that our budgetary constraints meant that we would have to wait to get the kitchen done at a future time. We were pleasantly surprised when, after going through the quotation process, we were able to get a complete and excellent quality bathroom, laundry, and kitchen renovation all within our available budget.  From the very first time we walked into their Epping business and display we always felt welcome and were treated almost as if we were family.  Tom and his team were always respectful and courteous.  They were always willing to discuss ideas and preferences with the view to making it work wherever possible.  As with any major project, there will always be some minor setbacks or glitches, however the measure of a good builder is how they deal with these issues when they arise. Tom was always available, and every issue raised during the process was addressed and rectified.  Even now, after the job has been completed, he has stood by his promise to always be there even if the smallest of adjustments is required.  All works and materials have been completed to a very high standard and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.  All of Tom’s team including the tilers, painters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, caulkers, glaziers etc were courteous, friendly, and professional.  We have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team to anyone considering a bathroom and/or kitchen renovation that is excellent value for money, and of a high standard.  In fact, we have already recommended others who are thinking of going down this path. "Had a terrible experience with these guys. Tom is a fellow, I would not deal with again. Terrible communication, no timing, no ethics. Gave us a very good quote initially, then started saying this is extra, this was not quoted for. I had 3 diffrent carpenters come to do my plaster board work. 3 painters, one started working and dissapeared, then the next and finally the last one who did a terrible half hearted job. Worse after collecting $30000 dollars of the 42000 agreed on, Tom disappeared with 60 percent of the job completed. He is a shoddy liar. Be very careful. Don’t get carried away with the smooth talk and cheap quote to get your job. Left me stranded. Used the cheapest material possible and shows you something diffrent when you visit his Work shop. Very, very disappointed and cheated."
