At Glenroy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, our experienced instructor, Peter Rich, who possesses over 10 years of BJJ expertise, leads our classes. Under the guidance of BJJ Black Belt Ninos Dammo, you will progress from a beginner to an advanced grappler. Through cutting-edge training methods, you will acquire real fight skills that enable you to overcome opponents who may be larger and stronger than you.
During your training sessions, you will wear a Gi (training uniform) and follow a structured syllabus in a safe and supportive environment. Our aim is to not only teach you the techniques of BJJ but also to help you build confidence and forge lasting friendships with fellow practitioners.
