"Had my wisdom tooth extracted & ended up with bad infection. They took X-rays & could see there were issues but continued to extract the tooth instead of referring me to orthodontist. I ended up in hospital for a week & had surgery done to remove abscess, been off work for 3 weeks! Instead of turning me away when I went back with pains, they could've easily referred me the hospital. Where is the duty of care?? It's not good enough ... would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there!!"

"It was my first time removing wisdom teeth. Today11/08/2022 i had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kevin, he is a very professional , care, patience and gentle dentist. He explained to me the whole process before the surgery, and asked if i have any questions before/ during/ after the surgery. I cannot feel anything during the entire process ( He did it very gentle) and I felt relax with his care and encourage. I am satisfied all services in Sydney Smile Care, I would like to highly recommend Dr. Kevin to everyone. He does really good jobs, Thanks a lot :) Thanks for the receptionist Christine assisting me to book the surgery. ( I don't understand why comments said receptionists are rude.
