"Highly recommend, never had a bad experience in over 20 years. Ideal smile have been looking after my family's teeth for over 20 years. We have all since moved from Cabramatta but still make our way to Ideal smile whenever we need a clean or something more. My most recent visit was with Dr Thomas who was informative and gentle during the clean. I usually see Dr Jesse who has since moved on. Dr Thomas was able to find my sensitive teeth before beginning the clean and was extra careful in those areas. He gave me tips for oral care after the clean too and notified me of problem areas to watch. Service is always great on the phone or at the front desk. Appointments start on time on Shirly's watch. Chit chat is a nice plus when it's less busy. Language is less of a barrier at Ideal smile. English, Khmer, Teo chiu are all viable. I'm sure there are more i'm missing. If you've made an appointment, you get an SMS reminder before your appointment. I don't know of all the dental machinery, but i've had mouthguards for sport and sleep made here. Teeth x-rays can be done on the spot if required. I'm sure there is more that i'm missing."
"I’ve been going to Ideal Smile Dental for many years. All the staff are friendly and professional. The Doctors and Assistants are gentle and caring. My recent visit was for Pola Office teeth whitening. This procedure took 90 minutes, and the results are amazing. So, if any one who is looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Ideal Smile Dental.
