"My kids have really enjoyed learning to swim here. The management are friendly and welcoming, and it is a smaller place that feels more intimate than some of the big pools. The pool itself is big enough and the class sizes are kept quite small, so the kids can get the attention they need. The seating around the pool can get quite busy at times, especially weekends but you can usually find somewhere to squeeze in to watch your child swim. Tuition is great, have seen big advances in the way my kids are swimming in terms of their stroke techniques. All in all I highly recommend this place."
"Very pathetic experience !!!!!! My son was doing swimming lessons there for 3 terms and then he has to undergo a surgery in his ear but we paid the deposit to secure space for next term. Charmaine the owner said we will keep the amount and you can use when you come back. I told her we don’t know when we can come back. Then she said “it’s okay any time when you ready because I understand it’s for a surgery” then covid kicked in we couldn’t go. After that he had his ear assessed and doctor said he can go back to swimming. I rang Charmaine and asked her. She said you cannot use it!!!!!!!! Even she found the invoice!! I also have the invoice but she refused to use our money."
"Enrolled my child and initially thought the place was ok-not great primarily because the facility looks tired and in need of an upgrade. Tried the class for beginners and liked the cost of per attendance at $18. Third session in, was charged full term $180, and though i realised my mistake after, i would suggest paying per session instead. This is because if your child is unwell, their policy for a credit is to supply a Dr certificate. In my case my child is teething and has missed 2 or 3 sessions because of this. Now...I'm not going to see a Dr for a certificate for a teething child, that's an even greater headache and waste of resources. The point is, money paid in advance, and credit can't be applied, so per session option would be better. I have forfeited my money and am withdrawing my child. I think there's a touch of greed somewhere in this business and i have certainly fallen victim to it on this occasion. I have come to learn that a brand new facility is just around the corner, so if you intend on keeping your business afloat, focus on the customer, not just the money."
