"Dr Richard Conway is a poorly educated "Specialist" that didn't listen to patient symptoms, became passive aggressive and was unable to identify problem. Conway was in complete denial of the problem until patient had to perform their own examination to show where the issue was. Conway finally replies " oh I see it" and then still couldn't identify the problem and made incorrect suggestions unrelated to the symptoms. Wanted to SCAM $350 for the appointment and create further examination procedures to be able to charge more. Centre should be investigated for it's practices."

"Dr Singh is a very professional consultant and kind person. Took my daughter to see Dr Singh for her gum problem. His reception staff was very efficient and had helped to book my daughter in early. He is very detailed, thorough and explained the issue clearly. I must say it's worth every penny for his time and service. My best experience seeing a healthcare professional in Sydney thus far."
"After 30 minutes of waiting after my appointment time I left without seeing the surgeon I was booked in with. The reception staff seemed aware that the surgeon was behind in seeing patients and failed to provide any update or heads up that I might be waiting a while. I find this very unprofessional given the expectations of a patient to confirm appointments and ensure they reschedule in advance if needed. Their own payment policy says that they will send you an invoice if you fail to attend an appointment. I have no issue with what is required of me as a patient, my issue is the complete lack of service from the reception staff. I will not be returning for a rescheduled appointment and will look elsewhere."
