"I needed to buy some items for my baby who has just been placed in a brace for hip dysplasia. Due to this I needed them very quickly via click and collect and also needed a bunch of measurements that I couldn't find anywhere. Annabelle who was working there that day measured things for me herself and made sure everything was ready ASAP. She really went above and beyond and we will definitely be coming here for future purchases for our bub due to the excellent customer service."

"(Worst customer Service i have ever experienced in my life) I am only adding 1 star given that the clothes is beautiful however, the customer service from the young lady (Blond Girl) was horrible. I walked in with my wife and my 2 kids and the young lady rolled her eyes at my kids. This all happened at 4.40 pm on Saturday 11/08/2018. We asked her if the store closes at 5 pm and she replied: By 5 pm I am out of here. We then ignored the lady and browsed for 5 min and purchased 1 onesie for my 7 month year old son that was with me. While I payed I saw the lady once again looking at my daughter and rolling her eyes at her. I did not say anything and left the store after paying in which the young lady was right behind us and closed the door in my face at 4.50pm.(such a disrespectful human being) NOTE: It supposes that the store closes at 5pm not 4.50pm. I really hope the owners of the store see my message and get rid of such a horrendous staff given that with staff like this I can only see the store closing down. Once again I repeat that the clothes sold in the store is very nice but i would highly encourage the owners to get rid of staff like this. I will comment this to all my friends and family. Due to the horrendous experience I had I will never go back again. Hope all the best for the owners of the store which hopefully will do something about this."
