"This is an email I wrote to the owner and marketing etc. Sadly, I never received a reply. Shame on you Lana Berg. Email: I am writing only to let you all know that the jeans I bought from Lana store are already falling apart! I rarely wear them because they were very expensive for me. Hence I wear the jeans for special occasions only. That might be 2-3 times per month for a few hours. How can a supposedly great quality shop and fabric break down so quickly? I’m really sad and hugely disappointed that even buying a “high quality” expensive item does not mean that the item will last for more than a year! I have jeans from target that I wear many times per week for years now and the fabric is still intact! How is this possible?? I’m flabbergasted and upset at being treated so poorly as a customer. Never ever again to your shop. Hope you will think about where your fabrics come from and stop robbing customers. (I did but a tip from here that started disintegrating soon after I bought it and the store quickly exchanged it thank you)."
