"Unfortunately the new Bayside store in Frankston has not been the experience we had hoped. We were recommended to go here after being referred by a local formal wear shop to get 2x toddler suits. The first time we arrived the store looked set up, with the roller doors down and a sign saying “be back in 10” so we went off to buy the kids shoes. After 40 minutes they were still not open, so I called (number off google) to see what was happening and I was told they were open so we went back. All to see the same set up with the roller door down. I called again, and the lady apologised and thought I was talking about the Craigieburn location, and offered the managers number which i declined as I didn’t feel comfortable calling a private mobile number on what could be their day off. She passed my details on and the manager called back to let me know their staff member had left for the day, I offered to take the sign off to make sure other people were not waiting. I told the manager we wouldn’t able to go back, but actually managed to reschedule a couple of plans and go down this morning. I saw there was some difficulty with the roller door not opening and the staff member did a great job in sourcing security to assist which was great, but unfortunately that’s when the service stopped. We needed suits in a size 3 and 4. The store had a 4 but not a 3 on display. We asked the worker if there was one out the back, and when we bought it out it was completely different to the one we needed so that didn’t work. We asked her if another store had one in the size 3 as we were happy to travel and she said she didn’t know. We asked where other stores were, and again she didn’t know. We asked for numbers of the other stores and again we were met with a dead end answer. It was a shame we had wasted over 2 hours for this one store over 2 seperate days and left so disappointed in the communication, I’d really like to hope it gets better as their clothes were so so so cute and incredible quality xx"
