I walked around the store for ages before anyone even treated me which doesn’t bother me to much unless I need help but then when I had my product in hand and when to the counter the staff were too busy having a conversation. They were literally standing a metre away from me ignoring the fact that I was waiting. Then to top it all off the lady was so rude. I’ve been to this Adairs a few times and the staff are always so rude."

Later came to greet me to mention that the rug i was looking at was 'full price' with a demeaning look on her face. This was on a Wednesday at 4:30 (26/7). Love this store but was put off making a purchase due to her behaviour."
