Freedom you need to address your issues or not mislead consumers into believing a product will be available within a 12 week period. You ask us to respect your staff. Not only that, but they offered me complimentary delivery and store credit to convince me not to cancel my order, but then made us pick up the order and have not yet been able to honour the store credit. There was very little communication on the delays, and I received conflicting information each time I called them."
