"After specifically asking about packaging removal during the sales process we had an enormous outdoor modular sofa delivered only to be told that this isn't a service they offer. We ended up with 4 meters squared worth of cardboard and packaging, which cost $200 to have removed. It's dishonest and this is really something that customers care about."
"After waiting for months for our Bisbee coffee table it was badly damaged when delivered.After waiting for the promised replacement for Moore than another month we received it today badly scratched and a massive crack on the leg The managers offer was a $70discout if we kept it!!!!! We have paid in full on the day of purchase months and months ago.I would love to warn everyone do not trust them.You will have the worst experience of your shopping life.Patrick"
"Worst store ...staff stood around and chatted as we lwalled through the store and as we walked closer for assistance to two of the staff they slowly walked off and kept chattered anongst themself. No interest whatsoever on serving or helping us. Happy to say a friendly good bye as we left though."
