She really listened to me. This helped me to reveal to her that my current mattress was needing some repair and shared a very personal story with her. She absolutely handled the matter delicately and showed the utmost respect and care. She put in touch with the mattress company ‘select-o-pedic’ who did an amazing job restoring my old mattress for no charge and as a good will gesture. It looks and feel brand new. "Worst Snooze store, we have visited store for some purchase. We have been told by sales girl that she can match a price. Upon giving next door store quotation, she refuse to match after wasting 30 minutes of our time and make us wait in that store with excuse that she don’t see any offer as that quote online so can’t match the price. Very disappointing and time wasting experience.."
