"After back and forth emails for 6 months regarding a sofa fabric that faded dramatically in no direct sunlight and hardly any use, within the first 6 months, Southwood home failed to rectify the matter or even offer any compensation which we were appalled by after spending close to $20k in their store. We are truely un happy as we’re left with a sofa that’s worth $7000 that looks like a $70 sofa. After this experience I do know recommended Southwood home as they left us in the dark and stopped replying to emails."

I love the furniture, rugs,linen and numerous gifts I have purchased from them. The quality is fantastic and most of their products are sourced locally and made sustainably. I love it that they care!The girls who work there are lovely , nothing is too much trouble they give the best advice and have a great eye for colour and styling.
