"I bought a dining room table, chairs, a couch and a bookcase. The furniture was lovely, I really appreciated the quality and that it was Australian made. Our initial buying experience was good. However, the communication between buying and receiving the goods was abysmal and the reason for not giving Pash 5 stars. At no point did they reach out to me between order and receipt - I had to call repeatedly to get updates on delivery. At sale we were told verbally it would take 7-8 weeks to receive our furniture, it took 12 weeks! The delay wasn’t a problem but the lack of proactive communication was. They also received half our delivery and then waited an extra 2 weeks for the sofa to be delivered to send to us - given the delay and how much we spent I would have expected them to offer two separate deliveries. The silverlining is I hope Pash reads this and makes changes - provide reasonable delivery times, check in with your customers regularly if there is a delay and look for solutions instead of simply blaming the suppliers."

You can definitely tell there is a difference because the products are Australian made. Peter and Richard helped us select our furniture and made it a seamless process. "Great furniture shop. We have purchase 4 pieces for our new house from Pash. They have been made to order so they are made with our specs and design. Just ordered a lounge chair last week. These guys know local furniture makers and they are all made here in Melbourne. Love supporting local industries. Highly recommended if you dont want the same tat that's being sold in the big stores. Plus the price tags are easier on the pocket. Great service and they deliver themselves ... not some blah delivery company, so they look after your piece of furniture. See below photos."
