"This review is mainly about the refund policy for Uniqlo. Uniqlo has a very unique refund policy where they will only accept refunds from the store you make a purchase or click and collect from. This is quite annoying and unheard of for such a big global brand. I mean, even national stores like Target will accept refunds at any of their stores. This policy has caused me so much inconvenience; I now buy a lot less from Uniqlo. I just don’t expect this type of service from such a big brand. The Glen store’s staff are unfriendly, that I also agree with from reading another review. They are quite unwelcoming and gives out a feeling that they do not want you to be there. I mainly wanted to point out their stupid refund policy to save people going to any Uniqlo store thinking they can get a refund."
