"Don’t ever purchase anything from Lounge Lovers (online or in store.) I purchased a coffee table that was picked up from the warehouse. The item was faulty and missing parts so I sent emails to the customer service team and ended up lodging a return. Despite the missing piece, I had to fight for the return to be a faulty return and not a ‘change of mind’. Customer service is terrible yet prepare to be hounded with a million texts and emails from “Jenny” their robot. Quality control is clearly zero, not to mention the inconvenience of having to go out of your way to return the item back to the warehouse despite it missing pieces. I was informed the refund would take UP TO 48 hours to be processed. I didn’t hear anything for a whole week regarding my refund being processed. I have called a week later only to be told my refund has still not been processed and needed to be escalated by customer service rep. Why am I being made to wait to receive my money back for a faulty item which I was inconvenienced in having to return originally? Would your company give out furniture to customers without them paying and be okay if they paid you 2-3 weeks later? The very fact that I have to chase up a refund I’m entitled to is horrendous. Absolutely pathetic and inept. Never order from this shocking business again."

"Do not buy from here. TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased a table which online stated it was in stock. It was not in stock and I have patiently waited 3 months to collect it once it arrives. Only to be told that the warehouse is moved and I now have to get it from Broadmeadows. Have been FLOODED with SMS reminders about pick up despite telling them I have no idea how I will get to the new location given my partner and I both work full time. Called to talk about it & was offered 0 assistance other than paying $140 for delivery or cancelling the order. Appalling customer service. You have actually broken the contract because when I paid for the table it was for click & collect at another location. I was not informed that I may have to pick it up from an entirely different place when I purchased. It was no in fact said to me until my table was ready for collection 3 MONTHS after purchase. Absolutely appalling."

"Went for pickup, the measurement on website and actual parcel was 15cm off which meant could not fit in the car. The stock person and customer service have no connection / communication - kind of don't know don't care, your problem. Long hold time and shocking confused staff. On the positive side product is good and they came back to us and offered a voucher but that does not cover a wasted work day and extra expense paid for the transport. Avoid Pickup."

"Do not purchase from Lounge Lovers, wish I could give this company a 0 star review. Have been met with delay after delay and excuse after excuse. They were advertising this product as "in stock" yet the shipment has apparently been delayed for over a month since placing the order. Have been refused compensation for the delay in the delivery of our products and they won't acknowledge that they are at fault for advertising their products as in stock yet clearly are clearly not in stock. Had I known our dining and bar stool chairs would be delayed over a month would have purchased elsewhere. All I can say is thank goodness I didn't order any other furniture items through them and won't be returning!"

"Ordered the product in May to come on the 3rd of July and was delayed until 14th of July instead. After a number of phone calls, I then only received the products on the 4th of August to eventually find out that all the items I received are wrong. They couldn’t track anything on their side so I had to take photos and figure out with them what went wrong, including calling the delivery driver myself. Now they have rescheduled my delivery to the 20th of August. I hope there’s no other issues this time. Very very disappointed and wouldn’t be ordering from Lounge Lovers ever again."
