"Great.. was seen by James. Very attentive, caring nature. Genuine intention to improve and provide advice for your condition. Management should definitely put him in high regard, this young physiotherapist is hardworking, helpful and dedicated!"
"I have been attending and getting physio at Energize Physiotherapist for over 2 yrs now. But today I was running 5-10 min late, I rang up while I was driving there. I told the receptionist I might be 5-10 min late estimated time, yet she told me my physio can’t see me now because she has back to back appointments. I asked her if I can still see my physio even for 15-20 min. She refused to acknowledges my request and she insist that they have this policies written all over the wall” that if 10 min late they may rescheduled it. I then made the request if she can ask my physio if I can see her even for 15-20 min again she rejected my request and she is more concerned about me yelling at her! Can you blame me? Although I explained to her that I was driving and I didn’t know how loud I was speaking and I made that request again but she is more concerned about the loudest of my voice. She did not follow my request and she decided not to speak to me and put the phone down, another girl pick up the phone and spoke to me i explained to her what had just transpired. At first she refused to speak to my physio but when I told her that when I’m getting physio people do speak to her and I didn’t mind. So she decided to speak to her and put me on hold for more than 5 min. I hung up! They just lost a customer because of that rude receptionist...how can they say they cared about their customers?"
"We have been coming here for the past 3 years quite regularly and have nothing but exceptional service. Wei-Ting and the team are so friendly, experienced and well organised. We love coming here. They provide high level physio for all. I strongly recommend them."
"They have gradually gone downhill since 4 years ago. 4 years ago when my son initially sprained his ankle he was effectively treated by Abbas(?) we only had 3 sessions with him but we were able to walk away knowing exercises to do and my son felt such relief even after the first session. I went there 3 years ago asked Abbas to treat me for a work related injury. Again he was professional and i quickly got back to recovery again. 3rd time round another work injury so this time saw physio but they then referred me to a occupational therapist whom really didn't care what i was doing. She was useless. We are there again my son is experiencing foot pain. Physio diagnoses it as plantar fasciitis. Till my son's podiatrist appointment I had been reading alot on feet even joined a plantar fasciitis group on Facebook. Everyone is saying it is severs because of his age. I ask the physio if it is, she says no as it would be more painful. Today the podiatrist confirmed severs and something else. Will never return there again, never recommend. And they hardly answer their phone."
