"Pathetic service!! I was expecting a call back from a lady named ravnit if im not wrong.since 3 days regarding appointment slot. Yesterday when i gave her a call back they put me on hold for so long then i tried again and she responded.I really got frustrated bcz she sounded so rude and she was trying to play dumb as if she has never received a call from me.They should take responsibility of their patients even if they are new one."

"They are good like every other imaging places but they have recently started charging extra on top fees for pregnancy ultrasounds. Where as all other places are doing it for FREE. They make it sound like everyone is charging now, but other companies will bulk bill. We were unaware when we booked that there were fees ($113) involved until went for the appointment. Medicare states all pregnancy related imaging are free. These guys are private so they are charging how they feel. I would recommend you to find a place where they bulk bill with no extra fees."
